These are the key principles I apply when building products that work.

01 Research, test & validate

At the beginning, I make sure we're solving the right problems. Through market research and quick experiments, I help spot real opportunities and test business ideas before commiting major resources.

02 Build

When it's time to create, I focus on what matters to the users while keeping any kind of waste as low as possible. I believe in quick feedback loops and constant learning.

03 Listen

Good products solve real user problems – and I learn about these problems by talking to users. I run user interviews, tests, and surveys to understand what people need and how are they interacting with the product. I use this feedback to guide my decisions.
